Over 90% of them are entirely free. A handful are priced per truck or per usage, and that price is set by whoever built the app. Anyone is welcome to write apps and compete on TMS Forge Apps, so carriers usually have more than one option for the same job.

Yes. Anyone can build on the low-code Studio — keep the app private for your own operation, or publish it to TMS Forge Apps for every carrier. If the app you want doesn’t exist yet, it can.
Nothing. Everything an app wrote lives in your account, not in the app, so removing one takes the page out of your menu and that’s it — you keep every record it created.
