These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TMS Forge website and platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Using TMS Forge
You must be authorized to act for the company whose account you use, and you are responsible for the activity that happens under your users' logins. Keep credentials confidential, keep your account information accurate, and use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
Subscriptions and billing
TMS Forge is sold as a subscription, billed per truck, per month, on the tier you select.

- Plan changes and renewals take effect as described in your order or agreement
Customer data
Your data is yours. Loads, customers, financial records, and documents you put into TMS Forge remain your property; we process them solely to provide the service, including AI extraction of documents you submit. You can export your data at any time, and our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to breach the security of the platform, access other customers' data, resell the service without an agreement, use it to store or transmit unlawful content, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk, and will tell you why when we do.
SMS / text messaging terms
Program description. The Forge TMS messaging program sends one-time passcode (OTP) and account-verification text messages so you can securely log in to and verify your account. These messages are transactional and are sent only in direct response to your login or verification requests. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
- How to opt in: You opt in by entering your mobile phone number and requesting a verification code during signup or login on app.tmsforge.ai.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity — typically one message each time you request a code.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Forge TMS does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@tmsforge.ai.
- Supported carriers: Messaging is available on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Warranties and disclaimers
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but the platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Except as expressly stated in an agreement with you, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-extracted data should be reviewed before it is relied on for regulatory or financial filings.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will notify account owners by email or in the product before the changes take effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
