This Privacy Policy describes how TMS Forge ("TMS Forge", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and platform.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated by your use of the service:
- Account and contact information — name, email, phone, and company details you provide when you create an account or request a demo.
- Operational data — loads, customers, drivers, equipment, financial records, and other data you enter into the platform to run your business.
- Documents — rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, licenses, and other files you or your drivers scan or upload, including data our AI extraction reads from them.
- Usage and device information — log data, device type, and interactions with the product, used to keep the service reliable and secure.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the service: operating the platform, processing the documents you submit, providing support, securing accounts, and sending service communications. We do not use your operational data to train models for other customers, and we do not sell personal information.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that host and operate the platform on our behalf, with integration partners you explicitly enable (for example your ELD, factoring, or accounting connections), and when required by law. Each integration receives only the data needed for the connection you turned on.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. It sets cookies in your browser and collects the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, referral source, approximate location derived from IP address, and general device and browser information. We use this only to see which pages and topics are useful and to improve the site.
We do not send personal information — names, email addresses, phone numbers — or any of your operational data to Google Analytics, and we do not use it inside the TMS Forge platform itself. We do not sell this information. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google’s browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser; the site works normally either way. Google explains its own handling of this data in its privacy policy.
The demo booking window on this site is a Google Calendar scheduling page embedded from Google, and is subject to Google’s privacy policy as well.
SMS and text messaging
We use SMS text messages to send one-time passcodes (OTP) and account verification codes when you sign in or verify your phone number on the Forge TMS platform. You provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive these messages when you enter your number and request a code during signup or login; a code is sent only in direct response to your request. These messages are transactional — we do not send marketing or promotional texts.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent information to anyone.
Message frequency varies and depends on your own account activity (typically one message per login or verification request). Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages, or reply HELP for assistance. For help you can also contact us at support@tmsforge.ai. Data security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside the platform is governed by role-based permissions you control, and administrative actions are logged. Access to production systems by our staff is restricted and audited.
Data retention
Your operational data is retained for as long as your account is active. When an account closes, you can request a full export; we delete customer data on request, subject to legal retention obligations. See Delete Your Account for how to request deletion and what we retain.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your information. Depending on where you operate, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below and we will respond promptly.
